What we collect

  • Waitlist and reservations: email address, the shoe size you tell us, and optionally your country. That is it.
  • Orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order contents. Card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Site usage: pages viewed, referring source, device and browser, via cookies and analytics.
  • Support and wear-test feedback: whatever you choose to send us.

Why we collect it

To take and fulfil orders, to plan how many pairs to make in each size, to send you production updates you asked for, to handle returns and exchanges, and to improve the product. Size data from the waitlist is the single input that decides how the first 200 pairs are split across sizes — that is the honest reason we ask for it.

Marketing email

You get email from us because you asked for it. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately. We do not sell, rent or share your email address with other brands.

Who processes data for us

Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processor, our email platform, our analytics provider, and our shipping carriers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. [LIST THE ACTUAL VENDORS ONCE CHOSEN — TBD.]

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Waitlist entries until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply.
