Where we ship

Founding Batch 001 ships to the United States. [CONFIRM whether Canada is included at launch — TBD.] Other markets open once we have the volume to support them properly.

Pre-order timing

Keystone is a pre-order. Nothing ships until the first production run is complete and received. We publish an estimated shipping window only when there is a confirmed production schedule behind it — and we tell you when that window moves. See our Pre-order & Founding Batch Terms.

Processing

Once stock is in hand, orders are picked and dispatched within [1–2] business days. You receive a tracking number by email at dispatch.

Rates and carriers

Duties and taxes

US orders: sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. If we open international shipping, any import duties and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay — we will not surprise you with a customs bill at the door.

Wrong address, failed delivery, lost parcels

Check your address before confirming. If a parcel returns to us as undeliverable we will contact you and either re-ship or refund, minus the actual return shipping cost. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we resolve it with the carrier ourselves — that is our problem, not yours.
