Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we accept it and confirm by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if a price was published in error, or if we suspect fraud — and we refund in full when we do.

3. Pre-orders

Pre-orders and reservations are governed by our Pre-order & Founding Batch Terms, which form part of these terms.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order we have already accepted.

5. Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can and we mark clearly which properties have not yet been tested. Leather is a natural material: colour, grain and marking vary from pair to pair and change with wear. Photographs are representative, not a colour guarantee.

6. Intellectual property

The Crantaiger name, logo, product names, photography and site content belong to us and may not be used commercially without written permission.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Safety footwear

Unless a product page states a specific safety certification and the standard it was tested to, our boots are not certified safety footwear and must not be relied on as personal protective equipment.
