Cancellation Policy

Waitlist reservation

Free, non-binding, cancel any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us. Nothing is charged and nothing is owed.

Deposit pre-order

Cancel at any time before the balance is charged and the deposit is refunded in full, to the original payment method, no questions and no restocking fee.

After the balance is charged

You can still cancel at any point before the boots are dispatched, for a full refund. Once a parcel has shipped, the Returns policy takes over: 30 days, unworn, full refund.

If we cancel

We may cancel an order if the product fails final validation, if production cannot be completed, or if an order was placed in error (for example a pricing mistake on our side). In every one of those cases you are refunded in full and told why, in writing, by a person.

Delays

If a published shipping window moves, we contact you with the new window and the reason, and you choose: wait, or take a full refund. Silence from us is never the answer.

How to cancel
